We Are a Purpose-Driven, Value-Based Community.
We Value:
The Church
We believe the local church is the unique and divinely ordained instrument on earth in God’s purpose to glorify Himself. We respect, edify, and cooperate with like-minded churches at home and abroad.
The Family
We are committed to supporting the development and nurture of the family.
Service
We are, above all, servants of our Lord Jesus Christ. We give ourselves to the highest good for our brothers in Christ and the community in which we live. We are committed to a Christ-like love expressed in all we are and do (Matt. 20:28; Acts 13:36; Gal. 5:13).
Excellence
We believe that God of our salvation deserves the best we have to offer. In our ministries and activities, we will seek to maintain a high standard of excellence to the glory of God. This will be achieved when every person is exercising his or her God-given spiritual gift to the best of his or her ability (1Cor. 12).
Prayer
We believe that God desires his people to pray and that he hears and answers prayer (Matt. 7:7-11; James 5:13-18). Therefore, the ministries and activities of his church will be characterized by a reliance on prayer in their conception, planning, and execution.
People
God works through people, and each person is unique and vital to God’s plan.
Relationships
Building relationships is indispensable to spiritual birth and spiritual growth.
World Missions
We are committed to bring the gospel to the lost by all available means.
Innovation
While our message is timeless, our methods adapt to those we are here to serve.
Optimism
“All things are possible with God” Mark 10:27; Matt. 9:29.
Teamwork
“Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively” Eccles. 4:9; Rom.12:5.
Feedback
“A fool thinks he needs no advice, but a wise man listens to others” Prov. 12:15 LB.... “Get the facts at any price” Prov. 23:23 LB.
Informality and Humor
“A relaxed attitude lengthens a man’s life”. Prov. 14:30 LB. “Being cheerful keeps you healthy. It is slow death to be gloomy all the time” Prov. 17:22 GNB.
